FREQUENT QUESTIONS

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

After you receive an email from us with your payment confirmation, we’ll process your order and send it to you.

Normally, you’ll have your INTI piece according to the following deadline:

Portugal – 2 to 3 working days.
Rest of Europe – 4 to 5 working days
Rest of the world – 5 to 10 working days

ABOUT FEES AND TAXES

Shipping costs vary according to order’s weight and destination. It’s important to keep in mind that recipients of shipments outside EUROPE are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. We are not responsible for these charges and we cannot provide you with that info, as it varies according to each countries policies.

If you made a special order, It’ll take longer to be processed and, consequently, to be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

In case you change your mind about your INTI purchase, within 10 days, you can send it back to us and we’ll return your money. The piece must come intact, inside the tode bag and with the tag attached. The shipping expenses will be on you.

All items purchased in promotion/sale cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you realised that you prefer another piece, we can trade it for you. If it is of more value, you should pay the extra amount, if it is the other way around you will get credit for your next purchase. The shipping expenses will be on you.

SOMETHING GOT WRONG?

If you receive your piece but it goes with damage, please  reach us through our contact form, providing pictures and damage’s description.
We’ll instruct you on how to send it back to us. The we’ll fix it or exchange it, according to your preference.
Don’t worry, in these cases all expenses are on us!

WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL ORDERS?

If you ordered a custom piece and it is not quite what you expected, contact us and we will go over the design with you. We’ll provide you with instructions to get it back and, if necessary, create you a new one that fits your desire.

In this case, however, as  pictures are always previously sent to you and there is an agreement with the special order setup before shipment, the shipping costs both ways will be on you.
