About

All INTI leather pieces are 100% handmade in Alentejo, on the south of Portugal.

Customization

We work exclusively with our designs, nevertheless it is possible to add or remove features. Extra fees will be applicable. Please contact: catarinacpalma@intiwildwear.com

Order fulfilLment

INTI is a small company, working mainly with made-to-order requests. As each item is individually handcrafted per order, we reserve 10 to 17 working days for your order to be processed.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us at info@intiwildwear.com and we’ll work together to make it happen. Rush fees may apply.

Delivery

Standard shipping is within 10-17 working days from the moment you submit your order, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company. 

It is also important to note that if the package gets returned to our facilities due to failed attempts of delivery, the new shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link, providing support in tracking your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale.

Refunds

You will be refunded if the item you receive is defective or incorrect. As soon as you find that something is not right, please contact our team at: info@intiwildwear.com describing the defect and attaching supporting images.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.

All the shipping expenses regarding the return or exchange of defective and incorrect products will be supported by INTI.

Exchanges (if applicable)

All exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the order receiving date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Duties and taxes

All non EU countries may be subject to customs fees. In most cases, these fees are charged once the order arrives at its destination, they are the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to its sender.

Please note, you should email notifying the return. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and custom fees, if there are any. You will be notified by INTI’s team in the case that these fees are requested from the customs office at the arrival country, Portugal.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
